Lagana plumbing is THE BEST. They were servicing our AC when they found a cracked pipe in our basement. They repaired the pipe for us quickly and installed a new dehumidifier when they discovere a missing stone in our foundation. If it were not for their excellent service, we would never have known and our home would have spent an entire winter exposed to snow and waterWe are lucky to have them in our area.

I just have to say... Every place of employment needs a Bob (the gentleman that answers the phone and schedules jobs) He is a breath of fresh air.From the first time I called stressed over my situation, to the most recent phone call I made to schedule my appointment for repairs, I was impressed.Bob is so friendly with a great sense of humor. He helped to make me feel much calmer about my situation. He had that hometown vibe. I felt that I was in good hands right from the start.

Excellent Service Erika and Adam had a very challenging job at my house(built in 1960) with sewer pipe issues and toilet mounting problems.They were GREAT! They found the problem and offered a solution. They were so careful in keeping the mess to a minimum. They picked up and cleaned the area as if they were never there. It was many hours of of hard work for them, yet they kept smiling. I had many questions and concerns. They made me feel much better about the situation. Very Friendly, Very Professional from start to finish.Thank You So Much Erica & AdamI have scheduled the Lagana Team to return to take care of some necessary sewer pipe repairs.

The service was excellent. They told us they would be here for sure on Tueday, but maybe Friday. They made it on the day we called. We were so happy because it was really leaking. Adam was very friendly and the job was complet on no time. Couldn't ask for better service.

I'm writing another review because I had another Issue with main sewer line was draining slow, They scheduled Colton and he came out same day, Colton did a great Job in clearing out the roots and fixed a very poor clean out to the main line. Once again they did an amazing Job, Thanks to the Team !!

Adam came out to install a new bathroom faucet and I didn't know how poor a condition sink was. Adam measured the old sink so I could get a new sink. Got the new sink installed and I am very happy and impressed with the service team, Bob and Nicole. I didn't think that kind of customer service was still available, keep up the great work!

A J and Matt got the job done in record time. Came on the coldest day of the year for the install. I have a living/dining room with 16 ft ceilings so all winter it never really gets warm as my wife would like. Mini split the temperature up in not time. Great technicians. Would reccomend, Even gave me a military discount with a great price.

Our furnace stopped working early Sunday morning. Kaleb was our Tech and came first thing Monday. Turns out the controller board was the problem but had to be UPS in overnight. Tom was the Tech who came out Tuesday to install it and made sure the furnace was working properly. Both Kaleb and Tom were great. I'd highly recommend Lagana's for all your HVAC and plumbing issues.

Kaleb performed our annual furnace and A/C maintenance recently. He was very professional, personable and thorough. Our furnace and A/C were installed in 2018 and maintained by a different company. Kaleb explained what he was doing and why and offered homeowner tips. We will gladly continue our business with Lagana!!

Excellent service. An emergency call May 14, 2023 got Caleb in within 2 hours. He did an excellent job stopping the leak in the sewer drain pipe and then informing us of his next steps to get us a permanent fix. On May 20, 2023 Colton and Adam arrived and did the necessary work to replace the pipe. They also verified there was no leaks and also effectively cleaned up the area.I would have no problem recommending this firm and its staff for the type of work done. Charles Certo Geneva NY

He works through problems like a mathematician, examining each component, using the right tool(s) and materials, proceeds with aggressive vigor, makes changes on the fly as needed, and gets the job done right the first time. Kaleb was my technician and he was amazing. Truly, from the time I called Lagana, to the followup letter i received in the mail giving me a detailed account of what services were completed in addition to my next steps for additional service and followup... I have been nothing short of impressed! In a world where customer service seems to be a thing of the past, Lagana has remembered that the little things matter the most. I can only give 5 stars... but 10 stars are deserved!

Kaleb replaced our old oil burning hot water heater with a new Commercial Grade AO Smith electric one today and did an excellent job! His skill set is amazing, highly competent and apparent with the level of on the spot engineering that was required to install the new one in a different location.The entire staff involved in this project provided excellent service, support and a crazy good outcome!

We are still amazed at the installation quality done in Nov 2022 by Max, AJ and Derrick.The level of engineering competence, hard work and clear thinking was exceptional!The job required sooo much as the old oil burner and all it's duct work was removed and the new system installed by hanging it from the basement ceiling with new duct work and remote 2nd floor units as well. I'm still raving about it 2 months later! Not a single problem.I highly recommend this company for their expertise and proffesionalism .

I needed my furnace looked at on short notice when the weather had just started getting very cold. I called and was given a return call quite fast from Kaleb, a technician, whom had been out in the fall for a regular checkup on it. Derek got the furnace fixed and now the house is warm (as it hadn't been most of the winter). Colton installed a new sump pump where there had never been one before. Both men arrived on time, were professional and did very neat work. The sump pump install went better than I had expected, but clearly these guys know their business. I already tossed out the cards from other plumbers, I'll be phoning Lagana from now on.

Tim did a wonderful job (as usual) of cleaning and checking our heating system. He is a pleasure to talk with, is knowledgeable of system requirements and is confident in his skills. In addition, he gave us a thorough tutorial on setting up the thermostat controls through the iPhone. We very much appreciate the extra time Tim spent with us to explain the details and benefits of using the iPhone to control the settings. We give Tim an A+ and look forward to the next time he comes to service our furnace or AC.

My service person was very personable and knowledgeable. He reviewed what we wanted done and then proceeded to do everything we talked about. He took care to keep things protected and clean. Very professional and had everything done quickly. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

It can be tempting to tell a homeowner their boiler can be fixed and all they need is some repair work done, however, Lagana told us the truth about the system we had and tried to find us the best new boiler system.
